The Confident Coach Experience is designed to facilitate deep learning through five core elements: personalised insights, bite-sized content, masterclasses with peers, inspiration from positive role models, and real practice through a coaching challenge. These build a manager’s coaching skills and their confidence so that they can apply those all-important nudges in the moments that matter.

Right at the outset we find out about managers' current coaching style through our Coaching Behaviours Assessment.
This gives managers valuable insights that boost their self-awareness and help them to focus on the relevant behaviours.
Throughout our process, we will help them take concrete action based on those insights.

Bite-sized content that fits into the flow of work
Managers are busier than ever. Even 1-day courses are hard to fit in without distraction.
This is why we've distilled a lot of the necessary knowledge into short, engaging, multi-media modules that managers can engage with in their own time through their personalised Manageable Dashboard.
To further inspire managers along the way, they also get access to exclusive content including interviews with business leaders, expert guides, coaching exercises and thought-provoking articles.

Masterclasses with peers
We're designed to learn socially, so we bring managers together in a series of Masterclasses.
Here, they have the opportunity to practise what they've learned with each other, discuss ideas and experiences, and support each other to grow.
They're joined by one of our expert coaches, who ensures there is a focus on practising and sharpening skills.

Inspiration from positive role models
Positive role models have a powerful impact on us. Hence our expert coaches aren't trainers but business leaders who've become accomplished coaches.
During Masterclasses, they model the skills, provide live feedback and inspire learning.
When individual support is needed, managers can book a 1-1 expert session, or post questions online.

Real coaching, not just role play
Just like learning to ride a bike or speak a new language, practising a new skill is essential to establish a habit and strengthen the knowledge.
So, when managers are ready, we match them to an earlier-career individual with a clear coaching goal. Managers get the opportunity to put their coaching skills to real use with a coachee from another organisation.
The coachees we work with are often under-represented professionals who have diverse backgrounds. They would otherwise struggle to get coaching support.
We offer managers and coachees rich mutual learning opportunities, and a concrete way for organisations and their managers to give back.
