It starts with a coaching goal
We facilitate the development of a coaching goal and then work out who would be a great match as a coach.
Managers offer up to three confidential 1-1 sessions to their coachee with the aim of helping them with their goal. In return, all that we ask is that coachees are engaged and offer feedback along the way.SIGN UP
